Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, NC. He also serves as the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is the Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces as well as co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie and their three kids.
