Annie Mist Thorisdottir of Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she coaches athletes. Annie is the only woman to ever win two CrossFit Games. Her second place was both in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter, is also a CrossFit athlete as well as a popular media personality. She was the first woman winner of at the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. Her other achievements include winning Dubai Fitness Competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie was raised by her parents at Reykjavik Iceland. At a very early childhood, Annie was a fervent sports enthusiast and was a fan of working out. She won many medals at school events. In 2009, she participated in CrossFit events in California. The first performances were impressive. Annie Thorisdottir was aged 31 (by the year 2021). She's 5'7 tall, and weighs around 67 kilograms. Annie started CrossFit when she was in California. In the initial games she was very successful and was ranked in the Top 10 out of 70. However she was unable to achieve any championships and finished the competition in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Annie placed 2nd at CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's direction. As a result of her exceptional performance, she was able to win the CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. In 2012, Annie also won in the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first woman athlete to win twice in CrossFit Games consecutively. Silver medals were awarded in the year 2014 and then in 2021, she won a Bronze medal at the CrossFit Games. Annie works as a trainer and coach in Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her concept. Annie's growing recognition as a professional athlete has made her the face of many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. The self-titled Youtube page boasts over 1,000 followers, and she has posted the videos of her family and trips and training-related diets.
